Soft Washing-Safe and Effective

Clean Solutions uses a safe, non pressure cleaning method called soft washing.  Soft washing is an alternative to Pressure Washing Services. It is used to clean exterior surfaces such as vinyl siding, gutters, soffits, stucco, and dryvit. This soft wash cleaning method offers amazing results without the damaging effects of high pressure cleaning.

Soft washing is a safe and effective cleaning technique that uses a low pressure delivery system.  We apply our cleaning solution at a low pressure that is comparable to the pressure from your garden hose.  The cleaning solution is bleach-based, which will eliminate algae or mold growth, combined with high grade soaps to cling to surfaces. After the cleaning solution is applied, it is allowed to sit on the surface for a short period of time. This is considered “dwell time.” The surface is rinsed with a high volume, low pressure rinse. As a result, you are left with a clean and sanitized surface.  In addition, our soft wash cleaning process will not void any manufactures warranties on vinyl siding or windows.
